Daisy 

Daisy passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Feb 21, 2017 in Long Island, NY. She was 35 years young, survived by her husband Bryan Chan, her sons Mason Xavier and Carter Maddox, and her daughter, Maya Caprice. We will all miss her dearly.
